Shipping & duties

Every work leaves Lahore packed to travel, insured, and with its certificate. Here is how delivery works for each country.

Where we deliver

  • United Kingdom — by DHL Express. Prices include shipping, insurance, import duties and VAT.
  • United States — by DHL Express. Prices include shipping, insurance, import duties and taxes.
  • Pakistan — by an insured, tracked courier. Prices include delivery.
  • Elsewhere — we’re glad to deliver to most countries. Enquire and we’ll quote shipping. Import duties and taxes are usually payable on arrival.

When your work is dispatched

Your quotation gives an expected dispatch date. Once the work leaves the studio we send you the tracking number. DHL Express deliveries to the UK and US usually arrive within a few working days of dispatch, subject to customs.

Packing

Works are packed in a rigid case with fitted foam, with the certificate of authenticity and a commercial invoice for customs. Please keep the case: it is the safest way to move or store the work later.

Customs

For UK and US deliveries we arrange customs clearance and pay import charges on your behalf, so the courier should not ask you for money. If they do, don’t pay: contact us at [email protected] and we’ll resolve it.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photographs of the work and packaging, and keep the packaging. We will collect, repair and reship the work at our cost. See the terms of sale for the details.
